We did meet the cute little Enzo in the small dog park who enjoyed playing with Rory and looked like a lot of fun.Īfter the small dog park thinned out we went into the large dog park. Gracie White also found someone to play with and Scraps chased balls while Rags took it all in, rarely getting involved in a running scuffle. We spent about an hour in the small dog park as we watched Rory and Sebastian do what they do. We bought that years ago and haven’t tried it much, but figured we would give it a go today. Maybe the musher’s wax we used on their paws helped.

The snow didn’t seem to bother the dog’s feet too much.

We all arrived around 11:45 and stayed for an hour and a half. It was warm enough to soften the icy crust on the snow making a nice comfortable environment for the Scraps and Rags. Super Bowl Sunday at the dog park brought some of the nicest weather of the winter as the temperatures approached the 40s in strong sunlight. The hair style being sported by Rory is precious! Fifty percent (50%) of all profit made from the sale of any items off of SmugMug will be donated back to the dog park, so get great photos of your dog and support our dog park. For some reason, Nigel always gets bit so his Mom was fearing Rags may attack him. Finally, in the small dog park we met a small Pit-bull like tan dog named Nigel. There was also a brown bodied Pit-bull with a bright white face named Rocky who was getting picked on by the much smaller yet more tenacious Forrest, the Jack Russell. New to the dog park blog were a pair of giant Irish Wolf Hounds Petey and Katie. Later in the large dog park, there were mainly big dogs and they were also playing hard. There was a lot of playing and running in the small dog park where about 10 dogs came out to play. With the bright sun and the playful dogs I was able to get many good action photos. I guess lots of the dogs have cabin fever and the warm sun got them excited. We first went to the small dog park where we played with many of the same dogs we saw yesterday. This brought out lots of dogs including my beloved Scraps and Rags. It was sunnier, warmer and the snow was softer on the dogs’ paws.
